And today was a day just like any other.
I wake up to find it’s another four aspirin morning, and I dive in. I put on the same clothes I wore yesterday. When did society decide that we had to change and wash a tee shirt after every individual use: If it’s not dirty, I’m gonna wear it. I take the stairs to the car and there’s fog on the windows. I need caffeine in my blood stream, I take caffeine in the blood stream. I grip the wheel and all at once I realize: My life has become a boring pop song and everyone’s singing along.
I am a hostage to my own humanity.
I want the new season to come on NOWWWWWWW!!!!

Hey my grandad had cancer too. He had lung cancer and they removed one of his lungs and that got rid of it. And he survived 15 years on one lung with chronic asthma and other health problems before dying about 2 years ago.
Chin up grandads are tough Im sure yours is too :D
Cancers a bitch tho. My Granny died from it too. And my uncle who is the nicest man in the world doesnt drink or smoke never really has actually has cancer for the second time. In his lymph nodes AGAIN. But a different kind.
Life sucks but all we gotta do is keep remembering the good things and a little bit of hope and a prayer couldnt hurt.

- Yeah, I mean he’s had it a while, but my mom talked to him today and he was really down on himself so that’s why I was talking about it. My other grandpa had cancer, too, and he’s fine now. And I’m sorry about your Grandma and Grandpa and uncle. <3
